This is for beginner to intermediate fitness levels for women of any age.
If you’re having a hard time motivating yourself to work out at home, this class is the answer. Join Vicki for a full-body workout intended for women at beginner to intermediate fitness levels. All of the exercises in the class can be done at lower or higher intensities depending on how fit you already are. Vicki’s goal is to show you how easy it is to build strength while also working your heart muscle through light cardio. Strength improves quality of life while aerobic activity helps our hearts to last longer! In other words, we need both activities!
In addition to strengthening your body and your heart, we’ll also discuss nutrition and motivation in each class: two things so many people struggle with when it comes to health. Vicki will simplify what a total body workout looks like along with a healthy lifestyle. She is certified in personal training, health coaching and senior fitness. You’ll get a printed copy of each set of exercises we do in the classes so you remember what to do when you get home. All you need to bring is water to drink and a large towel.
